Операция, в которой участвуют два банка и один клиент - юридическое лицо. Банк А предоставляет клиенту кредит и затем продает это кредитное соглашение банку Б. Банк А получает от продажи соглашения прибыль; банк Б располагает кредитным соглашением, которого в ином случае он не смог бы заключить; а клиент выигрывает от того, что ставка кредита благоприятна для него. Продажа коммерческих кредитов является обычной практикой, распространенной в США.
